After years of working directly with clients on SEO, she now leads The Gratzi’s operations and production, managing projects from start to finish and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. She focuses on improving processes, keeping things organized, and helping the team stay connected and supported.
Over the past several years, Amanda has helped streamline operations and strengthen collaboration across departments. Her background in education shaped her strengths in leadership, problem-solving, and collaboration. Today, she uses those skills to build systems that support both the team and the small businesses The Gratzi serves.

In her spare time, Amanda loves traveling with her husband, Josh, and their three boys. She’s a lifelong Disney fan, an avid reader, and always up for a new adventure — whether it’s exploring a new destination or getting lost in a great book.
