# Joshua Gransden

## Search Team Member & Website Coordinator

Josh has worked in multiple industries and has always enjoyed learning about different industries and businesses. Over the years he started learning how the backend of websites work such as optimization, maintenance, and basic coding. Josh and his wife own a small [eCommerce website](https://maternitytraders.com/) (built by The Gratzi of course) and he does a lot of the backend work himself. He also knows how much work goes into building a small business. From this, he has developed a passion to help other small businesses grow and succeed.

### A little more about Josh…

With the combination of his website knowledge and desire to help other businesses succeed, The Gratzi was a perfect fit. He is excited to partner with other businesses and find ways to help their online presence grow and in turn, help them succeed!
